 FAQs

  • We are currently in the first phase of the pilot program. We are hoping to get cards out soon to new participants. Add your name to the list by clicking on the button above.

  • During the first phase of the diaper program, you can use your Diaper Dollars eCard at the following retailers: CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Food4Less, Kroger, Walgreens, and Walmart.

  • No, your Diaper Dollars eCard can only be used to buy diapers. No need to separate the diapers from the rest of your basket at checkout - approved purchases are automatically paid up to your card balance. Any remaining balance will require another form of payment.

  • Call 1-833-332-1003​ to check your balance and review transaction history, 24 hours a day.

  • Yes, the funds on the Diaper Dollars eCard expire on the date shown on the front of your card.

  • There are no limits to how often you can shop at participating retailers if you have funds available.

  • Yes, you can use your Diaper Dollars eCard multiple times and/or at multiple participating retailers as long as your Diaper Dollars eCard has funds.

  • Unfortunately, not at this time. We hope to have this feature in the future.

  • You may return the item, according to the store's return policy. Please have your Diaper Dollars eCard and a copy of your receipt handy. Returns cannot be made for cash.
